Welcome to Care A Lot! I'm Shine Bright Bear, and myself and Baby Tugs Bear will be your hosts this evening!
By all means feel free to relax, explore, create your own groups, post fan art and stories and basically have fun!
Before you begin however there are a few rules we've set up need to be made aware of:
1. Behave and be nice to one another. Not everyone is going to agree 100% of the time. But that does not mean anyone will resort to flames, derogatory statements and/or profanity to get your point across.
2. Do NOT post adult art.
3. Do not post fanart that does not belong to you unless you have explicit permission from the artist to do so.
4. Moderator decisions are final.
That said, enjoy and have fun!
